Operations & Compliance training was successfully conducted on 13th November 2018 from 9.30am to 1.30pm at Felda Residence Hotel, Kuala Terengganu. About 30 participants attended the session.

Operations & Compliance training was successfully conducted on 24 October 2018 at Hotel Seri Malaysia, Ipoh, Perak. The response was very good. More than 75 participants attended the session.

Operations & Compliance training was successfully conducted on 23 October 2018 at Sunway Hotel, Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang. The response was very good. About 70 participants attended the session.

Merchant & Marketing Agency/Agent training on 18th October 2018 - Puchong, Selangor

This training is slightly different. In the morning, we have a merchants Operations & Compliance training and in the afternoon we had a briefing to MM marketing agencies and agents.

The merchant training received a good response. A total of 41 participants attended the session which is both held at MTree Hotel, Puchong, Selangor.

Mandatory Training

Dear MM Merchants & Agencies,

Effective immediately, all Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd (MM) MoneyPin merchant must attend training conducted by MM at least once a year. Merchant that fail to attend a minimum requirement for training can be suspended.

Bermula serta merta, semua merchant (peniaga) Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd (MM) MoneyPin perlu menghadirkan diri ke sessi latihan yang dikendalikan oleh MM sekurang-kurangnya setahun sekali. Kegagalan berbuat demikian boleh mengakibatkan merchant berkenaan diambil tindakan.
